Can you make Fondant figures? I have a cake thats due in 3 weeks, but it has alot of little pumpkins and figures, so how far ahead can I made these so I don't end up staying up all night making them the night before?

The farther ahead you make them the harder they will be when you want to use them. The smaller they are the harder they will dry.
If that is not a problem w/you then go ahead & start them now.
You can slow the drying by putting them in Tubberwear type containers (sealed, airtight).
