Well, your best options are to use powdered red color or buy the SatinIce.

Depends on how much you need........
For about a cup or so you can use super paste color or liqua paste. Other wise I agree w/Leahs

If even a smaller amount buy some *horrors* Wilton precolored. Maybe that will be enough if you mix some pink, orange or yellow with it.

You can simply use wilton gel coloring in white fondant to color it red.

you can also try making MMF with strawberry marshmallows in adition to food color. It's a light pink, but it's a start to getting it red.

It also takes so much gel color that you start to alter the texture and consistency of the fondant.

Powdered color is generally found with candy making supplies. Or you can order it.

I generally use Satin Ice Red, but in a pinch coloring it with gel coloring will work and it's easier to find than powdered coloring especially in smaller cities. If you need to improve the texture simply add Tylose powder or corn starch.
