I have been asked to make a retirement cake that is a coronet. i would like to make it a 3D coronet if possible. Does anyone have any idea how I could make it? Thanks!

You mean like a crown? Or do you mean a cornet, which is like a trumpet?

When I saw 'coronet' my 1st thought was a cone shape. Could they mean a cornucopia?(sp?)

The musical instrument. when I was first approached about it they said Jazz. Now to me when I think of Jazz I think of the saxophone so I had planned it all out to look really neat and then they said Coronet!!! I didn't even know what it was so I had to look it up to see what the instrument looked like. I have a friend who could help me make a stand or support, I just don't know how to go about it.

A cornet (no O in the middle) is very much like a trumpet. I found nothing for cornet cake on google, but when I googled trumpet cake, I found this:

Here on CC, I found this:

I have no idea how to help you further, but I wish you GOOD LUCK! thumbs_up.gif
