I have a 50th anniversary cake order for Nov. and I was wondering what is the difference, if any, between gold luster dust and gold disco dust. Country Kitchen Sweetart has American Gold Disco Dust and gold luster dust. The description of the disco dust says to add to wet icing? Which would be the best to use for accents on a white or ivory cake, all b/c with fondant accents.

Disco dust is very, very glittery icon_smile.gif
Luster dust has a more dull shine....very pretty but not glittery.

I agree, l u s t e r gives more of a shimmer finish, whereas d i s c o is more glittery/sparkly.
