Can anyone recommend a great tool for leveling cakes? I don't care how much it costs.. the process of torting drives me insane. I bought one of those little things that has a wire and is supposed to run right through the cake and make it even...but let's just say it doesn't work for me. I currently just take a knife and trim it. However, it takes forever and I literally have to get a level out and even then it's not level.

Thanks!
Celeste
