A half sheet is 12 X 18. A fourth is 9X 12 or 9 X 13.

I respectfully dissagree w/leahs icon_smile.gif
When you trace it back to where/when the terms came from you will find:
1/2 sheet is 12x16
1/3 sheet is 9x13
1/4 sheet is 12x8

These sizes fit to the boards & boxes generally sold for those sizes.
When someone wants to order a 'sheet cake' find out how many servings they need. Many people have asked for a full sheet when they only wanted 20 servings! icon_sad.gif
