OK, I got out my handy dandy calculator and here's what I came up with...
The pan you have holds 256 cubic inches (16 X 4 X 4)
A 12x12 square pan holds 288 cubic in. and calls for 10 cups batter.
A 9x13 sheet is 234 cubic in. and calls for 7 cups batter.
So...I think about 8 cups or so would do it.
