I have a cake due tomorrow and my oven went out. I do have a convection oven that I can make them in though. What I don't know is how the temp should be adjusted. The temp says 350, so what should I put it at? Thanks for help! I need help ASAP because I have to bake them off tonight.

I would lower the temp to 325, and turn off the convection, if you can.

If tends to blow the cake tops crooked.

Yep, generally 25 degrees lower. If you turn off the convection then it will be a regular oven and you can bake at the regular temp.
