I recently just tried MMF for the first time, went well and was pretty good but I just ordered Satin ice to try for the first time. Any tips for working it or should it be about the same as MMF? I can't wait to taste it after reading some of the other member commentson how much better it is!!!!

It should be the same or better than MMF. Commercial products handle a bit better than home made fondant.

I've used Satin Ice a few times now. I find it tastes good and works very well. My family also enjoyed it (and they are BC lovers at heart).
