Cakequeen's chocolate fudge frosting recipe, or one that is as good. I made the chai tea cake and would like to use this recipe but substitute the milk with hazelnut biscotti creamer.

I would like to decorate the cake tonight to give to a little girl in the hospital. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it

Walter's Crusting Chocolate Fudge Icing
Serves/Yields: Ices 1/2 sheet cake
Prep. Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes

In homage to my Father who used this recipe in his bakeries for 20 years.
It tastes like brownie batter and shines beautifully.
FUDGE ICING

10oz. water
5.5 oz corn syrup
-----------------------------boil

8 oz. cocoa
8 oz marg.
---------------------------blend in mixer

3 # powd. Sugar
½ tsp salt to taste1 tsp vanilla to taste

Alternate sugar and boiling water.

Will Crust!!!!
