My good friend and co-worker wanted to order a cake for her daughter's birthday. I am proud I held my price too, because ingredient prices are going up and she is so sweet and understands this although I wanted to help her out. She asked about having a specific cake made and I told her my pricing, even with my friend discount was $2.25 a serving. She said she's get back to me after talking to her husband and decided she wanted the cake after all. So sometimes, you just gotta keep your pricing I suppose. It's hard though, isn't it? Great job with your customer. Can you please let us know when you finish this cake? I would love to see how it came out!
