I am making raspberry filling, recipe from here that has no perishable ingredients. I want to make it a couple days ahead. Can I do this? Do I need to refrigerate and then bring back to room temp before putting in cake?
Thanks!

I'm not fimilar w/that perticular recipe but if there are no perishable ingreds then no need to refrig.
It probably won't hurt if you do decide to frig it; bring to room temp before using for best results.

Yes I would ref the rasberry filling then let it come to room temp before using it.
