I found this photo on the internet. I don't know how to contact the person who posted the picture. I think the border is beautiful. I lightened the photo but I am not familiar enough with the Wilton decorator tips to identify the one(s)? needed to re-create the look. Can someone help me? Thank you in advance for any help given.

looks like tip 2d, done heavily as a drop star flower as in course 1. jsut squeeze longer to fill out the petals.
