Everyday, I go to work, check my work email, get my odds and ends done left over from the day before and on to crackcentral I go... and for the rest of the day until I leave to drive home, then I hope right back on the internet as soon as I turn the key. And don't let it be a week I have cakes due. It get to the point that my eyes are buring and red... Someone save me!!!!

In the short time I've been here I will admit I've become a total addict. I think crackcentral is a VERY accurate description! I am always checking in to see the new posts and can spend hours browsing through the gallery!
And here it is the very next day same time, same place, and my eyes are already getting saw, and thanks to cc I end up spending a lot of money because of all the suggestions on the forum, and on my list as of right now

Canon printer for my ediable prints (I spend $5 at Walmart per sheet)

I'm so addicted it's beginning to scare me. At work all day M-F from 8am to 5pm between taking calls & working cases this site is what I'm on all day long. A friend of mine at work is calling this site my office porn. I kid you not when I asked for a privacy screen for my desk PC & they told me they were no longer allowed I contimplated quitting!!!!! How dare those idiots not allow me to get my cookies off so to speak in privacy on their PC & on there time on Cake Central 
The Nerve of those fools!!!!!! 
Hello My name is Angela & I'm addicted to Cake Central but I'm not ready for intervention yet.
I tried to quit...honest, I tried, but here I am again, mostly just lurking, but here all the same. I promise myself I'll only come here before work for 10 minutes, during the day in no longer than 5 minute increments, and at the end of the day after everyone else is in bed. Sigh.....
If we could just figure out a way to make Cake Central our job we'd have it made!! 
yeah, i bought another computer....and got high speed internet at the shop too, a couple weeks ago....it's great for looking up pictures i gotta draw....
but i think we all know the REAL reason.

This site is crazy! I am so addicted it is really not funny! When my kiddies are being quiet and good, I sneak upstairs to get in a 5 minute break...hubby comes in, and I hear him say, "where's Mom?" Kids say, "upstairs, looking at cakes...again!"
I need help, I think I have to start keeping the computer turned off during the day! LOL!

Oh, I have to agree...... I spend so much time admiring cakes and talking about cakes and thinking about cakes that I am not actually baking any cakes. But that doesn't stop me from dreaming about the exact petal formations of gumpaste roses...
Or sometimes I have really peaceful dreams of actually being able to pipe a reverse shell border! Ahhh...those are my second best dreams. (My first and favorite being any Vincent D'Onofrio-related dream )
At work, co-workers come by to see what cakes I'm looking at.
At home, I sit down at the computer and hubby says, "going to cake central again, huh?" Guilty as charged.
This is so funny My husband just said 2 seconds ago "I think you may have become a cake central junkie". I just had to relpy, I can stop if I want I just don't want to. I've learned so much & love to get new recipes & ideas. It only makes us better cakesters.

I really enjoy this site. I have learned so much. I appreciate each one of you. I would be embarrassed to admit how long I spend each day on CC.
I talk to my husband daily about the newest and greatest cakes, the amazing talent shown here, the funny things you say, and the customer drama stories in the Cake Disaster forum. I just can't wait to see what happens in some of those stories. He is beginning to recognize your names.

tooooo funny! my husband fusses at me all the time "get off that computer" and i tell him "wait...let me check one more thing!" we can't help it!
I have been addicted to this site since the moment I stumbled across it! I have learned EVERYTHING I know about caking from HERE!

Hello, my name is Karen and I am also a CC addict.
I can not log in at work for some reason they frown on this sort of stuff? But, as soon as I walk in the door and I get the kids doing their chores I am so here. My 8 year old told the kids the other day "Come on lets get our chores done so mom can go on CC".
I love all of the information/ideas/tips that I get on here! Everyone is so helpful and amazingly creative! I don't know what I would do if I could not come on here. I LOVE THIS PLACE!
I saw the "warning" at the top of the site's home page when I first joined. I thought, yea right. It's true. I'm also an addict. I check the site on my breaks at work, during my lunch and after I get home from work in the evenings. I need HELP....counseling.
