Whipped Cream Frosting

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups heavy cream

Has anyone tried this recipe before? I was wondering if it would be able to be iced very smooth or if it would be to soft & fluffy.

It can be iced fairly smoothly and can be piped in simple designs, but it is soft and fluffy.
