Peanutbutter Cookies Bouquet?

I've had a request to do a peanutbutter cookie bouquet. can this been done? Will the cookies spread to much using cutters?
does anyone have an awesome recipe?

Most of the batters I have used are too soft to cut, but it might work if it is frozen.

You can use the Wilton Treat pans to shape the cookie, or you can just flatten a ball and add the stick. The wouldn't necessarily have to have the same perfect shape as sugar cookies.

I use the Betty Crocker recipe my mom always used.
