I tried to make MMF fondant using a recipe on CC, however, I couldn't dust it enough to stop it from sticking to the table. Any suggestions, this is one reason I'm really scared to use fondant. The Wilton fondant has no taste, and I love the MMF but no matter what I try, it sticks. Thanks

If the fondant itself isn't sticky (you added enough powdered sugar) then the best thing is to roll it out on a plastic sheet, or even between two sheets. It makes it very easy to transfer to the cake.

You can buy sheet plastic at fabric stores very inexpensive.

try dusting surface with cornstarch. only if pliable before u start to roll it out.
satin ice is a well tasted bran.
