I have a customer that only now tells me after several emails back and forth that the cake needs to be kosher. So are the any kosher bakers in the Arlington, Grand Prairie area of TX? Why she didn;t mention this in her first contact i dont know. She needs a baby shower cake for Ap 25th.

a cake is kosher if all the ingredients are kosher and baked in a kosher oven and only using utensils that were used with kosher ingredients. you can tell if a product is kosher by the kosher symbol that it has like an O-U or an O-K.

Frosted Art is the only one I know off. It's off 35.

I took a class with Bronwen last weekend and I think she said it's the ONLY kosher bakery in the Dallas area...or maybe she said it was the BEST. Either way, you can't go wrong there ~ www.frostedart.com

Frosted Art is the only one I'm aware of, and I think I heard it's the only one in the D/FW area.
