How Many Servings In Open Book Pan?

Does anyone know how many people a cake will serve from the Wilton open book pan? I'm doing a bible cake for a communion and it needs to serve at least 25. I just ordered the pan, so I haven't seen it in person yet. Thanks for any help! icon_smile.gif

Is it a one or two mix pan? They come in both sizes.
One mix serves 15-20; so 2 will serve 30-40.

Hi, I'm sure you can serve more than 25 from that cake. I've seen it so many times. Its quite big pan.

It's a 2 mix pan. Thanks so much for the links to the wilton site! I did look there, but came up w/ nothing. I really appreciate all the help. icon_biggrin.gif I think that pan will work out just right. thumbs_up.gif
