I've been debating posting about this, but I've been pretty upset with the Breast Cancer Site the last few weeks. I ordered some pink bracelets and the pink bow ballpoint pens on Sept. 11th, got a confirmation on my order...then nothing. After a month I sent three email inquiries to their so called Customer Service, and never got a reply to any of them.
Yesterday, over 6 weeks later, I finally got the bracelets, but no pens, and nothing to indicate they would come later or not. They had charged my credit card on Sept. 12th, so I called the cc company, and only then did I find out that they had credited me for the amount of the pens on the 18th of this month! Sure seems like a strange way to do business, especially when purchases help support the site and Breast cancer. Anyway, I don't think I'll be ordering from them any more...but I definitely will keep on clicking.

Janice, don't feel bad. I understand how you feel, a similar thing happened to me with Lakeside Collection. I ordered 8 items online and they charged me the whole amount even though 2 of the items were backorder and one item was missing completely. I sent them 2 e-mails and only got some general automated response (do not reply to this e-mail kind) that they got my e-mail but never heard from them. Trying to call only made it worst, since I waited 15 minutes
to talk to a rep., but I got tired of waiting so I hung up. I also decided never to order from them again.
It is a shame that some companies don't consider customer service their top priority. I have a list of stores and restaurants that I don't go to because of bad experiences in the past. My husband calls it the veto list. I understand not 2 people are going to have the same experience with a company but for me it only takes one bad experience to decide never to do business with them again, maybe I am turning into a grumpy old woman lol.

I agree on the bad customer service completely, and have a list as well. I just don't understand why they couldn't at least reply to email inquiries, and then not even bother to tell me that I wasn't getting the pens or that they had credited me with that amount. I see things all the time on there that I'd love to order, but just don't feel I can afford to buy on a whim, so now it will be easier to resist!

VJ, did you watch DWTS? I can't believe what Carrie Ann said to Cloris! Something like "We lost Toni Braxton for this!" referring to Cloris' dance. It's not Cloris' fault her fans supported her more than Toni's did. I thought it was tacky and kinda b*tchy.

Yes, I definitely have been watching DWTS. I have to agree with Carrie Ann, but it was pretty tacky of her to say that to Cloris (and the rest of the world.) I voted for Cloris the first few weeks, but then her "cavorting" finally got to be too much for me. I hated it too when Toni Braxton had to go, but obviously she didn't have the fans behind her. I think maybe they thought she was putting herself at risk.
Who do you think will be next? I believe it may have to be Susan Lucci. She is pretty good, but not good enough to continue to compete with the others...she is very stiff, and almost too intense about the whole thing.
I like Warren Sapp, can't help but wonder how much weight he is losing. Granted, he doesn't look as good as some of the others, but his feet sure do move!
My most favorite is Brooke, she is really good. Can you believe the injuries and sicknesses this year! Maybe next week we should start a DWTS thread. Janice
