Please can someone help me bake a moist sponge cake to decorate with piped butter cream

Please not a mix as Im in UK and cant find the mixes that you mentioned in previous request

There is a good sponge cake instruction on www.baking911.com

There recipes have been heavily tested to achieve good results.
