I have someone who wants a cake with cream cheese filling, probably buttercream icing, may do cream cheese (haven't decided) was going to WASC, but would like other ideas.

I know they said they wanted cc filling, but I just made a cake the other day and it was really yummy! White cake w/ rasp. filling and decorater's cc icing (recipe on site). Still gave the great cc taste but then was able to use the rasp. filling. So far, it's been my most loved combo by EVERYONE!

There is a recipe here on CC is White choc cream cheese and is delicious, I made it the first time for a family function and now every time I make a cake everyone wants it. If you see my cakes on my pictures almost all of them are made with this as filling or frosting.

Butter Pecan; carrot; pineapple cake are all good w/cr ch filling.

I vote for red velvet too, otherwise I like a rich lemon or key lime cake with cream cheese personally...
