I just wanted to say that the cakes I have seen are so pretty!!!!!
Esp. those from the ICES Convention...I really liked the one's that were done for Mardi Gras!!!
And everyone else's cakes are so pretty too...It is truely amazing all the wonderful talent is out there!!!!!!!!

Us folks from Louisiana are put on the spot now... We're gonna have to practice doing Mardi Gras cakes now!!!!!! They were awesome weren't they!!
