Hi,

It is very hard to find coloring paste/gel/powder for chocolate here in Holland.
Now I want to make a cake in the shape and color of a strawberry covered with white chocolate ganache (red colored)
Can anyone tell me if I can do that with red Wilton colorpaste ?
Wilton is almost the only brand we can buy here in a few stores in Holland.

Regards,
Nicole

Because ganache has liquid other than just chocolate, you should be able to use the wilton color. However, you need to use the 'no taste red' and you will need a lot. If you can get the Wilton candy melts in red, it will really help develop the color.
