Kay, Insalata is a mediterranean salad made with slices of fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil and drizzled with oilve oil.
Just noticed that your birthday is 2 days after mine!

Barb it sounds interesting. But tomatoes bother me. I noticed awhile back that our B-Days were close. I have noticed alot of people on CC are close to our B-Day.
