i need you to be critical. this is what me and the customer have come up with for the crime scene cake. all decorations are to be done in MMF, royal and coconut bc. cross your fingers for me. i've never worked with royal before, hopefully it will be ok. let me know what you think.

...thanks for the help from yesterday, the ideas that i got from here came in handy with the proposal to him.
You may want to place some of those numbered markers around some of the "clues" but it looks GREAT exactly how it is!!! very CSI-ish!
finally finished the crime scene cake. thank you all for this wonderful site and for the ideas that you gave me. i hope it will go over well with the recipient. it's pineapple cake with pineapple custard filling, covered in two layers of coconut bc icing. the decorations are MMF except for the writing on the sides and the little dead guy on top, that's royal, used crushed gram crackers to make the top look like sand. let me know what you think, and if i should have done anything different. all comments welcome.
