Big congratulations to my friend Aine2 - she is currently involved in a competition in Birmingham England and for both her wedding cake entry and her novelty cake entry she has been awarded

Has anyone seen any pics of the cakes yet? I can't wait to see Aine2's cake of course but also any of the other cakes anyone entered...I think Emmascakes was entering too...they are both super cake artists and am soo anxious to see pics...

I have hunted around CC but didn't see anything yet....

Lorraine is still in Birmingham, she's driving back to Scotland today. I have some pictures that I could post later today (I go to work in an hour so can't do it this morning) Her cakes were gorgeous! My cake didn't win anything - I'm not technically as good as I'd need to be to win a prize, but it was great to enter. I went round the cakes taking photos of any that I thought people on CC would like to see and I'll post them all up later this week.
