sugarcraft and global sugar art both have several tulip cutters. The holland tulip cutter would probably work best for the yucca flowersicon_smile.gif

Based on the second link I would use the daffodil cutter (hmmm is that the same for tulips, I forget). Anyways, it has the 3 petals. Make 2 cut outs. Then roll the petal out and stagger the 2 cut outs and glue them down.

For the center roll out 6 mini sausage shapes, wire them and dust them and let them dry. The very center portion, make a tiny ball of white and cover it in green. Shape it in to a cone, wire it and cut off the top of the base. Use your tools to do the indentations so it's not a perfect cone and more or a trillium shape. Use the poking tool to make the indentation in the top.

Assemble the flower.

I'm not sure, but if I had to wing it that's how I would make that flower based on the second pic.

On the flowers that are just beginning to open I think I would use the French tulip cutter and veiner that Nic Lodge carries. The fully opened flower looks so different from the bud that nearly any pointed end petal cutter would probably work. You would have to make that odd center first and then assemble each wired petal around it and tape with floral tape.
