How do you create a website? Do you purchase a domain name or something? Please tell me what to do?

Hi, I just did my own site this past week thru www.webpiston.com I have tried free sites and never had much luck with them plus I wanted my own name. web piston has template you can choose from and it's really easy!Only 20 a month. take a look at my site see if you like it
