I want to use one of my cake recipes and make a bundt out of it. But I don't know how much batter would be enough to fill it. Any help would be great! Thanks!

You can use water to measure how many cups it takes to fill it.

Just thought - where do I fill up to so it doesn't flow over the sides when baking?

There are various sizes of bundt pans, but the most common one is a "one mix" pan. Most cakes mixes make 4-6 cups of batter. The homemade recipe I use makes 6 cups of batter and it works very well in a bundt pan. Remember that you will need to bake it longer, probably 45-50 minutes.
