Does anyone have a link to a tutorial or something that shows how to make gumpaste flowers. I know wilton has a tutorial but its mostly on making bc flowers and borders.

There's also the gumpaste flower book that comes with the gumpaste kit. It's filled with lots of flowers and how to make them.

i bought the book. it has a lot of different flowers. i recommend it for beginners. icon_lol.gif

Okay, newbie to gumpaste here, since gumpaste dries so hard, what do you do when you slice the cake? Do you take the flowers off? Or do people just leave it on their plate? How do you slike through it? Thanks for putting up with me! Cheryl

You should take the flowers off the cake to cut it...Al least that is what I do that is of course if they are in the way.
