Here's my most saved. I didn't really like this one, I think because I was sooooo tired when I was making it. I had spent Monday baking a cake but since my original got a little burnt I had to make another one. Monday night I was helping my mom decorate her cake, then my cousin came over Tues. for her first lesson in decorating and we were in my kitchen for oh about 4 hours. By the time I got to my own I was dead on my feet and therefore my heart wasn't really in this one. So I was fairly surprised by the number of favs it got!

I haven't been on in a while and am just now coming across this thread. I love this idea. I have been astounded at the number of views and saves on this cake. I made this cake last October for our state fair and it won first place. I have never been so proud. It has over 1000 views and over 100 saves.

I'm slightly embarrassed because the first cake was only saved 5 times, and the second only 4 times... Nothing like the 120 saves some people have (my idols!), but I'm soooooo proud of these cakes. It's a fun hobby, and I love doing it, and I'm really happy that some people like them as much as I do.

I agree....dolfin...I LOVE LOVE LOVE your Pink tiered cake! NOBODY here is better than ANYONE else. We all love this and some have their things they excel at. Aine and those lovely figures...antonia is the cookie maven...hehe..mr. doug is so knowledgeable.just to name a few..and me...I am good for a laugh and occasionally all my mediocre skills come together just right and I get a pretty decent looking cake... But I learn from everyone here everyday. Great thread! I only have two pictures in the gallery right now. I've been doing this for a while now but never really thought about taking pictures until recently.

Several of my earlier cakes were made with Wilton's character pans - good practice but not allowing me to use my imagination. Hope you like these and thanks for the inspiration from all of the "CC gang"!!!

My most save is't a cake but, cupcakes. I did these just fun with my 4 year old grand daughter......who being the (diva) that she is, pick the tips, colors and gave me her in-put to how I should do them......since they are the most save, maybe I should take that as a hint and have her help me more when decorating
