Thanks everyone, I have to say that I shocked myself, but when the orders came in, I wrote CC and asked if it could be done. Those that wrote me back, told me that I would be fine if I made a time table and stuck to it.

The grass was done with tip 233. It is a fun tip to play with for grass or hair.

Lots of plastic wrap and tin foil is the secret. I baked on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and froze them. Thawed, filled and crumb coated on Thursday. Decorated on Friday and delivered on Saturday.

Excellent! I like that you added the sign listing the different cakes.

I thought that would help out the servers. This way they didn't get asked a thousand times what something was...I was happy to get my frame back, but I lost 4 of my foil covered boards. That will make seven gone in eight days.

I like how you have the sign up with the different flavors of cake. They are all so pretty! I dont know if I would have been able to survive the weekend great job!
