I have seen this book mentioned here at CC and decided to buy it tonight. While googling for the book I ran across this link where you can view almost the entire book for free. I thought people may be interested in checking it out.

Thanks for the link. I've been considering buying this book although I'm not doing the business of baking right now. Get my catering off the ground first and deal with the baking once my skills are higher.

i bought the book, but yet have the time to read it. i did read thru the first chapter. there's a lot to think about.
