I wanted to Thank every one for this site. I started making cakes maybe a year ago by picking up a book and following the directions. I wasn't very good but my family tolerated me. Then, by accident, I came across this site. Because of this site, I am taking cake decorating classes and I have learned how to do so much. I don't feel alone in trying to do something I love. Now the best complement came my way yesterday. I had made a cake for practice for my nieces 3rd birthday and my inlaws came over. My sister in law is very, lets say critical of the things I do. She ate a piece of the cake I had made, looked at me and said.."This is the best cake I have ever tasted" I feel like a Goddess!!!!
