I have a quick question. I'm planning to do a wedding cake with mmf. I will first ice the cake with buttercream and then cover with mmf. How do I store the cake until the reception? I'm planning to ice the cakes the day before and set it up the morning of the wedding. Should I keep it in the refridgerator overnight or on the countertop? Also I plan to make different size balls to attach to the cake, how do I attach them? Thanks for any help you can give. icon_smile.gif

It depends on your frosting and filling whether you refrigerate or not. To attach fondant balls to your cake just dampen a brush with a little water, brush on the balls and attach.
