I can't wait to read about the results. You may have to get men and women in different weight categories as well to make a more scientific study. After reading all the posts in this thread, I was wondering what this would do to an alcoholic? I would think you would definitely have to have some sort of warning. Now I'm off to do a search on the "top shelf" cakes mentioned...

Does that customer know that there's alcohol in vanilla, and many other, extracts?

I actually use vanilla bean in my cakes, just add it to what ever liquid, heat it, let it cool down and use. To easy icon_biggrin.gif

Dont actually use extracts often if I can avoid it. icon_cool.gif

And I actually did want the warning, some others said I was being anal icon_evil.gif about it, so I appreciate all the support I have recieved with this post. icon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gif

I soak all the fruit and then drizzle when it comes out of the oven and then brush everyday for a week!!!!! You can smell them a mile away icon_rolleyes.gificon_eek.gif

Might actually ring the local police station tomorrow and check with them icon_surprised.gif Maybe I could take down a chocolate bourban cake and they could breath test themselves icon_lol.gificon_lol.gif .............

This made me laugh. What a way to get friendly and neighborly with your local police precinct. icon_lol.gificon_lol.gif

But I did just notice something in your signature. Am I reading it correctly? Do you have NINE children?! icon_eek.gif

If so then I can understand being heavy-handed with the liquor!! icon_rolleyes.gificon_wink.gif

In the US in restaurants you must have listed on menus if items contain alcohol bcause of children and alcoholics, or they can sue the crap out of you.

So the warning sticker is PERFECT.
