Roxxx-I'm sure your gone by now icon_cry.gif

The rope is getting excited again and adding pages. The note that says "no posts exist" should say "Welcome to your new page, I went ahead and started it for you because I'm easily excitable!"

I'm glad they loved the cake. Hopefully the lady will call soon and order a huge cake from you. That would be great. Just don't under price.

Uhh..I hate when dh nags. I keep telling him that I stay home, but my job is hard, it just has more perks.

A 14inch seems like it would be really hard to torte and fill. I'd break it. Is there a secret to torting a 14in?

ive been lagging big time on my cleaning i think im just going to have someone come once a month to do all the deep cleaning. i clean but i dont like doing it so my mom usually will do it but im just gunna call someone out. i hate cleaning so bad so my cooking usually makes up for it but now i havent really been cooking so i better start doing something lol

ive only done 2 layers with a 14in but id need more height for the wedding cake so id have to go 3 layers. i just flatten the top then slide it off the cooling rack onto the cake

i only charged her 225 but i let her know she got a HUGE deal becasue it was my first so if anyone asked it would be like 300-325 so i think ill charge the lady 350 for the cake she wants. what do u think is it too much?????

I wish my mom would come clean. We actually use my moms cleaning lady once a month. She does the really deep cleaning, like base boards, windows, etc. Its an easy way out, but I just don't like it and would never do it. icon_redface.gif

My dh says I've been slacking ever since I found CC. I said hes right, but he gets more cakes out of it. So I guess it compensates also.

Not enough. If the 3 tier was supposed to be 300-325, shouldn't a 4 tier be 375-400? If she wants fondant the price should go up.

ya ive been slacking a lot because im always checking in and out on here all day but the house is clean DH is just really anal about everything and stupid things drive him nuts like a toy being on the floor when he comes home HELLO we have a baby and she always leaved stuff all around its not like i follow her around all day and pick up every single thing. so he finally stopped nagging about stuff being on the floor. i do need like the binds, windows, base boards floors and bathrooms cleaned really good

I think your dh would freak out at my house. I always pick up the toys during nap time, but before and after I just don't have the energy to pick up after 3 kids. My house is wall to wall toy wonderland. I'm not sure how it happend, but eveyone who comes in here freaks out. Thats why they all like to bbq at my house, the kids are entertained. LOL.

Hopefully no dinner tonight taught him. Dh knows better than to complain about dinner or else he will get nothing for a long time. If i try something new and its bad, I'll admit it.

Your like the soup nazi except with dinner "No dinner for you!" (I'm not sure if you watched Seinfeld, but this is where the reference is from)

Does your dds carseat rear-face or forward-face? I know she is about the same age as ds, so thats why I'm asking you. icon_smile.gif

I still rear-face ds. Everything I read says to rear face till the max height or weight of the seat (which ever comes first). Feet hittin the seat or not. My ds doc gave me sh tapedshut.gif t about it. Even the AAP (American Assoc. of Peds) says to rear face. He doesn't even know what his own organization says LOL. Now I'm thinking of turning him though...hmmm icon_rolleyes.gif All these decisions.

Anything fun planned for the weekend?

I'm not tired at all, but I have to get to bed. I have to be up early for the kiddos to arrive. Whenever dh is gone, I'm up all night. I'm such a night owl. I always have been. I don't need much sleep. Usually 330a-9am and I'm ok.

I will see ya tomorrow. You are going to need to sleep in!
