HOLY COW that cake is amazing!!!

Those cookies are incredible as well - I think either ones would've won. Did you have the "seaweed" on them before? I didn't think I noticed it.

Ok I have a customer who wants a surf board cake. She wants it to serve 30 people what size pan should I use to carve it that will serve that many? I was thinking a half sheet cake or is that to big? Thanks
