I guess it depends on what you are making, but maybe a lighter peach or a royal blue? White, cream or black are probably options. Maybe even a green color....
Goood luck figuring out what'll look best.
I like the Wilton Delphinium blue with peach for a good contrast...or good old white is nice too.
Peach, butter-yellow, and sage green on a cream background are gorgeous. Also, I recently attended a wedding where the colors were deep peach and chocolate brown....and it was quite beautiful !!
I know this might sound odd, but for my sweet 16 ( a long time ago) my colors were peach and purple. It was beautiful! I would never have thought so until the florist and decorator suggested those colors together.
everything looked amazing in those colors. The balloons, flowers, and yes, the cake were all done in peach and purple!!!
sage green is the first color to come to mind.
periwinkle blue would be a nice contrast also.
Pale colors come to my mind...Wilton's Juniper Green it a beautiful shade of green, also the Wilton's Delphinium Blue that ericaann79 spoke of is a wonderful color, pale lavender, a light to med. shade of brown or tan would also be pretty.
Hope this helps.
God Bless,
Sharon
My wedding colors were peach and seafoam green (sort of like a mint). I also like purple and peach together.
purple or blue.
pink and orange are popular decorating colors....maybe pink and peach would go well.
chocolate, brown, bronze, gold...sometimes ya just have to stick something beside it to see ...'cause ya never know LOL
I really like peach with delphinium blue and juniper green. It's a really nice combination.
thanks to everyone!!!! I'm going to try the sage green and cream colors!
i'm new to the site and everyone is so nice and helpful!
thanks again!
Hello, I got a color wheel and this is an excellent reference when putting colors together. Here is a good link:
