I have tried their Golden Butter Cake , Butter Chocolate Cake, White Butter and Choc Chip Pound Cake and absolutely love all of them. Actually, the Butter and chocolate are the ones I do for all my clients.
I actually used the Wilton merangue powder. Worked like a charm. The recipe says 6-8 egg whites or 3/4 cup of egg whites. I measured for 7 egg whites, I think it is 14tsp of powder and 14 TBSP of water, I used a whisk to mix it together and then you have to beat it until the peaks form. It saved alot of eggs!

I think she was referring this recipes from a book called "The Whimsical Bakehouse". I just received this cookbook yesterday from Amazon. I will try those recipes next week and see how I like it.
This is the best scratch cake i've made so far. I have to try the chocolate version soon.
