THANK YOU!! again you guys....

zamode...she is actually going to be on her own little cake...a flower....just a small one for her. The main cake is a slumber party.....so I will be posting more little figures....I agreed to do figures for the girls attending!!! its due the 5th...but I know me....I will wait and wait until the 4th then cry they arent done!! So im starting early!!!

Im going to disney up the slumber party but focus mostly on tinkerbell! I hope it turns out like Im thinking in my head!!!

Maybe you could do some airbrushing and makeup shadowing like the makeup artists do when they're shooting models? LMAOOO

I understand your fear of painting the face. I'd be petrified lol. Maybe make another head just as a practice one, nothing else, like body or whatever, and practice what you wanna paint on that first?

Try that! If her face/head is too small, try not to do anything elaborate on it. She's done and is perfect as is so don't be doing her over.

I know you made this post Sat so it's probably a little late to help you this time, but for the future to help avoid painting (I can never get that right) you can use the back of a paint brush and indent into the fondant for the eyes and pipe white royal icing into the indentation or roll a small ball of white fondant then you just have to do a black dot on that. You could use a small ball for the nose. Also you can use half of a round tip to indent the mouth as well. If you have any light colored petal dust give her a little blush.

I liked the suggestion someone else had about practicing before you do it. Roll up a piece of fondant and see what you can do on it.

...I HAVE 10 little mini tinker heads!!! hahhaah......one the eyes painted on....fondant nose and indented mouth....several painted....and well we wont talk about those....or describe them,because most words will be edited out!!

Ive just decided that her face isnt going to look exactly like tinkerbell....but close enough! ....I think Im just over thinking and over stressing about this thing!

Thanks again ya'll for your help and suggestions....and compliments! They help!

(this is just fondant....this is just fondant!!...OH WHO AM I KIDDING.....fondant, clay or toilet paper...Id still stress this much!! )

My 3 year old daughter just walked by the computer and saw Tinkerbell and did this awesome little dance, while singing..."It's Tinkerbell" over and over again......We both thinks she is just awesome. Great job!
