MaryAnn - if you read this - your cake is AMAZING!! icon_eek.gif I love the orange color and the step-by-step they put together is great! I will probably never have the courage to try this, but kudos to you for a brilliant job! thumbs_up.gif

For everyone else: this is a link to a cake MaryAnn posted here that looks like the one in ACD. The only difference is that the one in ACD is a gorgeous orange color and does not have the drape. Also in the magazine they give a step by step on how to make the flower!!!

WOW congratulations, you must be so excited! I was just looking through your website and your photos. How on earth do you get your icing so smooth and your corners so crisp?? I love the Melvira method but my corners always come out more rounded then crisp like that.
