I'm sure this question has already been answered, but can't seem to find it in the forum....
I've been noticing alot of cakes are done with the viva paper towel thing..How do you do this "smoothing" of the paper towel? Yet alone making the pattern from the paper towel??

Hey, Lagunalady....Are you out here in CA??

Thanks everyone..... icon_wink.gificon_wink.gifusaribbon.gif [/code]

You wait until your buttercream crusts and then you lay a viva paper towel (because it has no pattern on it) and rub gently with your hands to smooth your icing. (I am sure others might have more instruction for you)

=) Hope that helps!
