ok, you guys got me thru this cake! i am new at all of this and this forum literally saved my cake! from the top sticking to the pan (how to fill a hole), my first time stackin a cake and using the dowels (everyone was so knowledgable!), first time for roly icing (everyone helped me thru it from how to, to how long they are good for!)... literally, i couldnt' have done it without all of you! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Kitty

Question...How did you stack your cakes? Did you use dowels in the middle, or just stack? I will be doing a two-tier stacked cake soon and was wondering about this.
