Sorry this was too cute not to share. My 15mo. DD Aarika wanted to help decorate daddy's cake. All she could manage was to poke holes in the cake icon_biggrin.gif Then she tasted the icing and all decorating ceased.icon_lol.gif Think I created an icing junking instead of a decorator.

Val,

What beautiful pictures! It seems cake decorating definitely spans generations. I've been a novice baker my entire life. I recently decided to learn proper techniques and signed up for a cake decorating class. My 19 year old daughter and my niece are taking the class with me. What fun! Not only do we get to spend the time together during class, but also during the week when we have to bake a cake to take to class. I always knew that a little flour and sugar makes for sweet memories!

That's my kind of girl! I always make extra frosting because I know that I'll end up eating at least half of it.
