Please help i am doing a 9inch sponge for a wedding tier and it needs to be gluten free does any one know of any reciepes.. im desperate

It's also very important to understand the level of sensitivity of the allergy. For some individuals, they can't even use the same utensils, pans,etc that have been used with items that contain gluten. Even complete cleaning will not take care of the problem.
