I am so excited all!! I have completed my first cake and it reached it's destination safely. I made this cake for my daughter's class before they get out of school for summer break! Sorry the picture isn't a good one but it's viewable. Hope you like it!

Thanks a bunch for all the compliments. It took me a while to get it done because I don't have more than one tip per design as I will be getting more but I am excited over the finished design! I know that the addiction has begun because I am already trying to find out what kind of cake I can make and decorate next!

Great job!! And hey, if you don't have many tips, that's ok. Put your different colors of frosting in ziploc baggies, cut a decent size hole and slide that into your piping bag. You can interchange the icing colors while using only one bag. This saves the hassle of having multiple tips/bags, and makes clean up alot easier!!

Your cake is awesome, I love the beach balls too! You have just found the best addiction possible....as long as you can resist the temptation of sampling everything you do.....I'm trying to break that habit now, lol. Welcome to the world of looking at everything with a cake in mind
