oh, i work close to brooklyn and willing to travel for a class! I used to live in brooklyn, moved 2 yrs ago to NJ. I was looking at this post yesterday (again) and was thinking maybe a simple version of this cake for my daughters second birthday would be nice. i'm still pretty new to decorating, so i'm not sure how i will pull it off.
