Hey TC, I have a question, just for the sake of clarity. I'm making my BCs tonight and I was wondering....approximately how many cups are you considering in one batch? The recipe I use makes about 6-7 cups in one batch. I was considering halfing the recipe for our purposes for tomorrow. I really don't know how much I'll need.

Hi, I'm not TC, but I'd be willing to bet that 6-7 cups won't be too much when all of you get started "playing" with the BC, of course I don't know for sure how many will be there. Sure wish I was going to be there to play too! Janice

Well, we are supposed to bring two batches, so I wasn't sure if 6-7 cups would be one or two batches. What do you think?

I use the recipe from the Wilton classes and it makes about 3 cups so a double batch would make 6 which I would think would cover everything we will be doing tomorrow. Besides, you don't have to keep everything you make, this is to learn technique. I know when (not if) I screw things up it is going back in the container. icon_lol.gif

Okay, I guess I'll just make about 6 cups (one batch) then. I really think I'll probably do a lot of taking notes and listening rather than doing. I'm so new to this and I haven't gotten to take a single Wilton class yet. But I am taking Course I next month.

I hope your ears weren't burning too much tonight!! Ntertayneme & her sister made it tonight!! Me & Mandy (my daughter) met them at their hotel. They are both very nice! We discussed you. We are soooo sad that our partner in crime can't be with us tomorrow!!

WE HAVE A WONDERFUL TIME TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!! WE REMEMBERED TO TAKE PICS WHEN MISDAWN & NTERTAYNEME WAS LEAVING!!! Everyone didn't leave until around 8 pm!!!!! We went to my friends Cake Supply Store! They loved it! I'm sure ntertayneme will have a lot to tell everyone!

As for now I am exhausted!!!!!! I PROMISE I WILL FILL EVERYONE IN TOMORROW SOMETIMES!!! For now I have to keep ya'll in suspense!!! Sorry!!!!!!

PS...... I LOVE MMF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PPS.... Right before everyone was leaving an engaged couple came to the house to talk to me about doing their wedding cake in Aug!! Well I've got another wedding cake!! Yea!!!!!!
